Frequently asked questions
How much does Mega Cup Glory cost?
It’s currently free to download and play, with no in-app purchases and no ads, and you don’t need an account. We may add optional paid content or advertising to parts of the game in future — if we do, it’ll be clearly described before you opt in, and anything you’ve unlocked stays yours.
I have no sound or commentary. How do I fix it?
Check that your device isn’t on silent/mute and that the in-game Sound FX toggle is on (Settings ▸ Sound). Spoken commentary is produced by your device’s own text-to-speech voice — on iPhone you can install a higher-quality English voice under Settings ▸ Accessibility ▸ Spoken Content ▸ Voices for a far less robotic announcer.
My progress, scores or leaderboard entry disappeared.
Online features use an anonymous identifier tied to your installation. Deleting and reinstalling the game, or switching to a new device, can create a new identity, so your previous entry may not carry over. If something looks wrong, email us with your nickname and country and we’ll help.
How do I delete my data or get off the leaderboard?
The fastest way is in-game: Settings ▸ Delete Online Profile, which permanently removes your online profile and every leaderboard entry from our servers. If you’ve already uninstalled the app, email us with the nickname and country you played under and we’ll delete it for you. Note that simply changing your nickname only updates how you appear — it doesn’t delete your data. Full steps are on the Delete Data page.
The game runs slowly or feels choppy on my phone.
Open Settings ▸ Graphics and pick a lower preset (Low or Medium). That reduces motion and visual density for a smoother frame rate on older devices. Closing other apps in the background also helps.
Are the players and teams real?
No. Everything in Mega Cup Glory is fictional — every player, team, kit and competition is invented, and any resemblance to real people or clubs is coincidental. The game is not affiliated with or endorsed by any football player, club, league or governing body.
What devices and ages is it for?
Mega Cup Glory runs on iPhone and iPad (and Android). It’s designed to be quick to pick up and family-friendly. Age and eligibility details are covered in the Terms of Service.
I found a bug or have a suggestion.
We’d love to hear it. Email us with what happened (and your device and OS version if it’s a bug) — every message is read by a real person.
Privacy & your data
Mega Cup Glory is data-minimal. It uses no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no push notifications, and asks for no special device permissions. The only data that leaves your device is the optional leaderboard entry — the nickname, country and scores you choose to publish — tied to an anonymous identifier. You can erase it anytime from Settings ▸ Delete Online Profile in-game, or — see the Delete Data page for full steps and the email option. Full details are in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
